What did the project involve?
As part of this £4.6 million fit-out, Phelan was instructed to carry out the full refurbishment of the existing Grade II listed building and the newly-built shell and core to create this new gaming venue set over three-storeys.
The work included a full fit-out to all areas with new mechanical, electrical and plumbing throughout the vast building. The casino space was populated with 18 gaming tables, 35 slot machines and 24 automated live gaming terminals.
In addition to the beautifully designed gaming floors, Phelan also worked on the magnificent Beau Nash Suite: an exclusive, elegant top floor room with its own balcony, available for private hire and gaming.
