Following the completion of the Acorn Business Centre project on Paper Mill Lane, Ipswich Phelan Construction has been awarded the £1.25m second phase to convert the old office block into 18 residential housing units. The project is now well under way and is due for completion in March 2016. The above image shows the site in full swing.
