Demolition of existing temp classroom and construction of a standalone single story building with 3 classrooms.

What did the project involve?

For this project Phelan undertook a phased demolition of three existing temporary classrooms and construction of a new standalone single storey building which comprises of three classrooms, toilet facilities, plant and storage together with associated ancillary works. Two temporary class bases were required for the duration of the construction works. The rear of the new building comprised of a retaining wall, playground and large canopy.
