What did the project involve?

Phelan are proud to have completed the high-end refurbishment of the prestigious Park Tower Casino in Knightsbridge for Grosvenor Casinos. The works included the strip-out and refurbishment of the gaming floors, restaurant, bathrooms and lobby to the highest possible standards.

What challenges did the project team face?

This work involved complex phasing to ensure the continued operation of the casino was not impacted as a result of the works. Phelan also had to be extremely accommodating towards the casino’s clientele and, on several occasions, even had to down tools to allow private access to high-rolling customers.

What stand-out features did the project boast?

Some unique features included bespoke joinery works and revolutionary LED wallpaper. The project was delivered within budget and on time, despite the complex phasing of the works.
