Having worked for the Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust at Lexden Hospital twice previously Phelan Construction has once again been awarded the construction contract to carry out further works at this site.
The £65k contract to create a new low Stimuli room in the existing hospital will enable the trust to offer additional clinical therapy at the hospital which offers key health services for the local community.
Conversion of an existing space within the building will be carried out by the Phelan Special Projects team who specialise in healthcare projects within the Essex, Suffolk and London areas.
Phelan Construction’s Client Relationship Manager, Matthew Jolly, said;
“We are pleased to once again be working with the Hertfordshire Partnership in what will be a very worthwhile project and we look forward to starting on site shortly. The fact that this is now our fifth contract for the trust stands testament to their satisfaction with our work”.
